This version of Time to Time integrates directly with QuickBooks. The customers, items, classes, and timekeepers come directly from the QuickBooks database and time entries are sent directly to the QuickBooks database. Payroll items are also supported if you use time data to create paychecks. Palm and Pocket PC platforms are supported.

PDA Features:

• Customers/Items/Classes/Timekeepers imported from QuickBooks
• Notes recorded for each time entry
• Start time and duration is stored for each period worked
• Time worked can be recorded using a timer with a start/stop button
• Times may be added or modified easily
• Total time worked is always visible
• Rounds up, down, or to nearest selected time period

Desktop Features:

• Integrates directly with QuickBooks database (no import/export files)
• You can choose which customers etc. to load
• Information from the mobile device is obtained automatically during sync
• Stores data for automatic backup and restore
• Time entries can be edited on the desktop before transfer to QuickBooks
• Time entries can be exported to a .csv file (for Excel)
