FAQs:
Q: I just installed Windows Vista; now my Time to Time for Timeslips doesn't work.
A: Download the latest trial version (2.0d). On installation it converts to the full version.
Q: I get a message saying that I can't connect to the Timeslips database. What is wrong.
A: If you installed Timeslips from your server, or used the Custom option during installation, you need to re-install Timeslips. Get the Timeslips installation CD and use it to install to your desktop PC. Either to a Complete install or make sure that the Third Party API Files option is checked. Installing Timeslips from the server install location will never install the Third Party API Files which we need to access the database.
Q: I'm using Windows Mobile 5. Why won't the data transfer? Or, why do I get Error = 6?
A: Click here Windows Mobile 5 Security Fix and follow the instructions.
